摘要：
With the continuous integration of computer, networking and wireless communications industry in technique and management, information technology has entered the era of rapid replacement, as well as competition among electronic information industry is becoming more and more intense. Owning the patent is a major element to win in the current competition of electronic information industry. Therefore, it is more important to establish and improve patent management system, and implement patent strategy in the industry.
