摘要
The research aimed to discuss the relationship between perception of organization equity and work performance of contract employees in no typical employees. Compare the different background variations and investigate the background variations and perception of organization equity to work performance. The main findings were as follows: Different background variations were significantly related to perception of organization equity and work performance. Perception of organization equity was significantly related to work performance. Background variations and perception of organization equity was significantly related to work performance. Finally, the research concluded: for contract employees, emphasize the equity of procedure and mutual will improve the entire work performance.
