Development of 5.8GHz High Power Active Integrated Antenna Arrays

摘要
Three-types of active integrated antenna array with a high power device and heat sink mechanism have been developed at 5.8GRz. Two-stage and three-stage high power amplifier with output of about 2w and 4W respectively were used in the array. In the 32-element high power active integrated antenna array with 117mm thick and 4kg, the total output power of 120W was achieved. Further, the thinner array by a heat pipe cooling system with 20mm thick and the array by the two-stage creased substrate circuit with 47mm thick were developed.
