摘要：
On the platform of geographical information system (GIS) and integrates decision support system (DSS), the article researches on GIS-based urban emergency decision support system, and introduces system framework and subsystems functions. On the basis of visualization and digital, the system can manage urban disaster information, analyze and simulate disasters, and support public safety plans and emergency decision-making, which enhance urban emergency disposal efficiency and response speed, as well as provide an effective assistant to urban emergency disposal.
