Factors of Spring Festival Transportation Analysis Based on ISM

It's important to study the phenomenon of Spring Festival Transportation before attempting to solve it. Firstly, to study the factors of economy, culture and structure which influence the Spring Festival Transportation by Depth Interviews,we got 13 major key factors. Then, we analysed the 13 factors by Interpretative Structural Modeling Method and got classified factors: surface key factors(such as: the medical insurance system is imperfection, child's education is restricted, the housing system is imperfection and the labor and social security is imperfection),general key factors (such as:income gap, infrastructure difference,the imperfection of census register system, economic inequality between urban and rural areas and big development difference between regional economic) and fundamental factors (such as: the industry structure is unreasonable, difference policy, non-balanced distribution of resource and traditional culture). Finally, different factors, different methods to deal with, the problem of Spring Festival Transportation can be targeted and focus on improving, then Spring Festival Transportation could be serviced better by the analysis of the key factors in ISM.
