摘要
The challenge increasing driving comfort and fun for the driver and reducing the fuel consumption and emission is solved by the Integrated Powertrain Management. The IPM(R) optimizes the interaction between combustion engine, electric motor (e.g. integrated starter generator) and automated transmission management system. It is a modular controller concept and it is flexible, and applicable to different combustion engine, electrical motor, transmission, energy storage types and drivetrain configurations. A driver and situation detection generates a central driver torque request as main input to state-based optimization and fast band comfortable torque control for the combustion engine and electric motor. The fuel saving is significant.
