摘要：
A 55-year-old man with HIV infection and a CD4+ T-cell count of 65 per cubic millimeter presented to the hospital 1 week after he started antiretroviral therapy because of a rapidly enlarging mass at the angle of the right mandible. A diagnostic procedure was performed. © 2018 Massachusetts Medical Society.
