摘要
Field investigations were conducted to identify the relationship between mite allergen levels and floor materials. air temperature. humidity and usage of a space in nursery schools. The measurements were conducted simultaneously with the measurements in Part 1 of this study. The quantity of Der 2 (derived from mite body) in the dust samples collected using a vacuum cleaner was measured by fluorometric sandwich ELISA. The concentrations of mite allergen were related to absolute humidity, but not floor materials. It was found that the usage of room did not affect mite allergen levels in this study.
