Quality assurance and process control in the serial production of ceramic components

Since the ceramic manufacturing processes are still not reliable enough at present a successful start of a serial production of ceramic components is still strongly restricted. In order to solve this problem a systematic and complete proceeding for the quality assurance and process capability for the serial production of ceramic components has been developed. By means of this method it can be assured that the customers' requirements for quality can be certainly fulfilled and that a serial production of ceramic components will be successful.
