摘要：
This paper developes a portable multifunction fuel consumption manager terminal which uses SPCE061A microcontroller as the core. It builds a Flash-based file system, provides keyboard inputting and LCD displaying functions, storages data when power is turned off, enables data transmission between USB and PC. The application on PC can gather statistics and summarize fuel consumption information. In the end, this paper summarizes the capabilities of the terminal.
