摘要
The magnetoimpedance (MI) effect and the permeability ratio (PR) of Fe86Zr7B6Cu1 ribbon have been investigated in conjunction with thermal treatment. The magnetoimpedance ratio (MIR) increases with increasing annealing temperature and is increased by as much as 800% in the case of the ribbon annealed at 550 degrees C without a magnetic field. The fieldannealing doesn't improve the MI effect in this alloy system. However, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) and the depth of the double peaks are increased by fieldannealing. The PR is helpful to measure the magnetic softness and the easy axis of the samples.
