摘要:
The article discusses one of the actual and the most important tool of modern regional policy, i.e. the EU endowment draws. Currently (i.e. April 2015), we stand at the end of last two European Union programming periods, which were crucial for the endowment draw. In this situation, it is appropriate to focus on the evaluation of the EU endowment draw in the last years, i.e. in the programming period 2007-2013 (or more precisely in 2007-2015), in the terms of the total amount of allocated resources and their efficiency of use. The aim of this paper is to analyze the endowment draw at three different selected regional authorities in the Czech Republic, specifically in the North-East Cohesion Region. In this comparison, there are Hradec Kralove Region, Liberec Region and Pardubice Region. In terms of regional support for its region, the focus is on the projects promoting unemployment, human resources and education or research. The goal of this paper is to evaluate this support by identifying and comparing the total amount of financial support, which the selected regions received for their projects. As a basic research method was used the financial analysis of the European endowment draws and the total number of allocated projects in selected years following with their mutual statistical comparison. The outcomes of this research have shown that among selected regions, there are significant differences. The most successful region in comparison was Pardubice Region, which allocated 3.720 billion CZK. The worst of selected regions was Liberec Region, which got only 2.282 billion CZK.
