摘要
The present main comprehensive evaluation methods used in site selection of thermal power plants deeply depend on expert's judgment to determine index weight, which has excessively subjectivity, hard to hold accurately and apply the assessment standards. In this paper, the site selection of thermal power plants based on improved TOPSIS adjust the subjective deviation through scientific weight coefficient, determine each index weight through the quantitative method to construct minus ideal solution, determine the stand or fall of the scheme by the plan index vector close to ideal solution and deviate from minus ideal solutions. Finally, after the establishment of the index system of site selection of thermal power plants, an example was presented to show the application process of improved TOPSIS. Besides, the simulation results demonstrate the scientific and feasibility of improved TOPSIS used in comprehensive decision-making for site selection of thermal power plants.
