摘要
Social capital and absorptive capacity have become increasingly important in the literature as potential sources of competitive advantage. This paper analyzes the reltationships among social capital, absorptive capacity and innotive performance of Chinese high technology companies. The hypotheses were tested by means of structural equation modling (SEM). The emperical results give some support to the view that it is not only the firm's social capital but also its absorptive capacity are crucial for sustaining innovation performance.
