摘要
Nanopore technology is a new method developed in recent years to directly decipher genetic information of nucleic acids. It can sequence more than 1 000 bases per second by converting strings of nucleotides directly into electronic signatures. Nanopore sequencing is more quickly, easily and cost-effectively than existing technologies. Besides prospects for nucleic acids ultrarapid sequencing, this technology can also be used for gene diagnosis of pathogen, detection of single nucletide polymorphisms, rapid, stimultaneous multianalyte detection and other areas.
