摘要：

The economic crisis, which broked out in the USA, has brought very serious effects to the global economy.Thanks to the effective measures taken by the goverments, the global economy has been getting better. In the point of the multiplier effect, the measures taken by the China government are analysized, in order to better understand the basis of the measures.
