摘要
In this paper, a new method of service culture evaluating is studied. Besides the qualitative analysis, this method pays more attention on quantitative analysis. To start with, the service culture evaluation index system of telecommunication industry is discussed and established. Next, the steps of analytical hierarchy process are introduced. In the third place, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is described detailedly. Eventually, apply the methods of analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the current situation of service cultural construction in CD Company, and then analyze the evaluation results.
