摘要：
This paper discusses the peculiarities of this sidescan sonar, which is a specialized sonar system for searching and detecting objects on the seafloor. We are focusing on ecologically safe, sidescan sonar with high radial resolution and low power radiation, used by Geo S.T. to fix all possible objects on the harbour seafloor and shipway channels. Efficiency of sidescan sonar can be estimated by actual experimental results that are presented in this paper.
