Analysis Report of Logistics in Macau Gaming Industry

With increasing number of foreign invested casinos operating in Macau, competition is getting more intensive. This paper analyzes the supply chain management of Grand Lisboa casino. The author found that managers do pay attention to the performance measurement of the service, and they believe that convenient shuttle bus service could attract more customers to the hotel. What is worth mention is that, from the survey, the number of customers in the weekend is significantly higher than the weekdays. However, there is no significant difference between the numbers of customers during the pecking hour and normal hours.
