摘要
Nitrate-containing liquid waste has been tested through electrosorption-on activated carbon fibers in a continuous flow-through cell. An effective nitrate removal is obtained by the application of a positive potential within a. range of +0.6 to +1.2V (vs. Ag/AgCl) to the ACF electrode. Sorption of the nitrate ions may be enhanced by a modification of the ACF with Cu metal.
