Half a century ago in 1962 the famous book "The structure of scientific revolutions" of Th. Kuhn was published. His philosophy of science mostly covered the modern physics and astronomy. To Proposed international standard nomenclature for fields of science and technology of UNESCO this conception can't be applied. It makes sense to investigate contemporary social, engineering, medical sciences in terms of syntagma. Syntagma means "build together", it's a system of scientific economical, social, managerial knowledge, oriented on problem solving. It's main characteristics are constructibility, manufacturability, competitiveness and economical effectiveness. It has to be correlated with the science market. In future syntagmatic revolutions will substitute paradigmatic revolutions. It means that new methodology will be developed by philosophy of science. So philosophy of science will be useful for describing, predicting and state policy constructing.
