China's public administration reform: Current status, strategies and practice

摘要：
China's reform of its administrative system has been going along with its economic and political reforms. We view the administrative reforms as an important part of our political system reform and the necessary condition for setting up the market economic system and accelerating China's modernization. In this paper we introduce the current status of China's public administration reform, and bring forward strategies for future practice.
