Distance measurement using free space optics

摘要
In this work, free space optics (FOS) is used for short distance measurement between two points having laser source at one end and light detector at the other end. Change of light intensity with respect to distance has been considered for the measurement. A mathematical model has been established for the purpose neglecting atmospheric disturbance.
