Modified Bayesian credible limit method to estimate reliability parameters

摘要：
This paper develops a new way, named as modified Bayesian credible limit method, to estimate reliability parameters. The modified Bayesian credible limit of the reliability parameter is derived for the zero-failure data from the product with exponential distribution, relations between this limit and other classical confidence limits is discussed. Finally, the new method is applied to the real zero-failure data set, and as can be seen, it is both efficient and easy to be conducted.
