Post-soviet state as a conflicts generator

Post-soviet state as a conflicts generator (by Rossalina Ryvkina) discusses the role and place of contemporary Russian State in generating economic and social conflicts. An attempt is made to systemically analyze state policies and institutional changes related to conflict producing phenomena (wages non-payment, tax service inefficiency, half-measures in reforms, corruption of the state and economics etc.). Findings by Russian economists and sociologists are utilized. Model of conflicting state / society interaction is set forth to make current situation in Russia more readable. Efficiency of the new governance system is stated to be basically defective.
