A Study on Syndicated Investment Decision-making Model of Venture Capital

Venture capital is considered as a high-tech industrialization drive. In developed countries in Europe and the United States, venture capital has become the most powerful financing channel in the development of new enterprises. It has greatly accelerated the growth of start-up businesses and produced a number of world-class high-tech companies. However, a majority of domestic and abroad scholars focus oil the qualitative instead of quantitative study of syndicated investment. In this paper, we establish a scale model and a syndicated investment model of venture capital, analyze the utility increase and the cooperation space of syndicated investment, and propose a strategy to maximize the effectiveness of the venture capital syndication, which hence provides a scientific basis for decision-making in the syndicated investment of venture capital.
