摘要
Presented paper describes the problems of the energy consumption limiting the applicability of electromagnetic sensors with electromagnetic sensor dedicated for flow measurements as an example. The initial investigation on the possibilities to use pulse excitation in the estimation of the flow velocity is discussed with respect to the electric model of the sensor as well as a proposal of an autonomous power supply.
