摘要
Psychotic disorders often have devastating consequences for patients and their families and cause very high costs for society. Therefore, early intervention for people at high risk of developing psychosis is of high interest. As a result different research groups have developed at risk criteria and models for early intervention strategies. The present paper gives an overview of recent at risk criteria and preventive strategies, which have been empirically evaluated. It thereby focuses especially on cognitive behaviour therapy as a strategy for the prevention of psychosis.
