摘要
To analyze the inhibition effect of NO3- ions on repassivation behavior of crevice corrosion of Type 316L stainless steel, in situ monitoring of the crevice corrosion morphology was performed. The repassivation of crevice corrosion was observed when the solution was changed from 1 M NaCl to 1 M NaCl-1 M NaNO3. The cathodic reduction of NO3- ions inside the crevice was likely to promote the repassivation of the steel.
