摘要
The analysis presented in this paper focuses on a meso-scale that is defined for 2D granular materials considering closed loops of particles in contact. The structure, stress and strain at this meso-scale as well as the local behaviour are analyzed. This analysis put clearly in evidence a significant heterogeneity in the behaviour of granular materials at the meso-scale.
