摘要：

With the development of economy, the environmental problems are becoming more serious. Therefore, environmental accounting is becoming more and more important to us. Environmental performance auditing is an important part of environmental auditing, this article through academia on environmental performance auditing are discussed, summed up the environmental performance audit definition, characteristics, main body and content, analysed our country environment performance audit deficiencies, finally put forward some suggestions to carry out environmental performance audit.
