摘要：

Three-dimension view of complex project management contains project object, work target and management organization. The dimension of project object is mainly project breakdown structure. It fixes the problem that what the project is. The dimension of work target fixes the problem that what should be done. It concludes work breakdown structure and work targets (schedule, cost and quality). The dimension of management organization fixes the problem that who to do the work. It concludes organization breakdown structure, contract breakdown structure and information breakdown structure. Three-dimension view involves main tools in project management, and is the foundation of other tools. So it is important in complex project management.
