摘要：
The industrial cluster is a general characteristic of the successful development of the high-tech industry abroad. This paper discusses the source and advantage of the innovation of the high-tech industrial cluster. From the angle of the industrial cluster it analyzes the status quo and existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures on how to use the industrial cluster to speed high-tech development in China.
