摘要
Anomalous temperature dependences of the pyroelectric coefficient and dielectric constant exhibited by rapidly cooled single crystals of nonpolar alums and lithium sulfate monohydrate were studied. The observed effects are tentatively attributed to a ferroelectric-like state due to excess dipoles formed by delocalized protons and their vacancies and arranged in an ordered way in the anisotropic thermoelastic-stress field.
