METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS IN ASSESSMENT OF REAL ESTATE IN KAZAKHSTAN

Purpose - The development of practical recommendations to information support of real estate valuation. Methodology - The methodological basis of article served the works of economists in the field of studying the problems of real estate valuation. Originality/value - Was been analyzed current state of the main problems of real estate valuation and were been formulated proposals for improving the reliability of the results. Findings - Were examined the researches on the formation of collective expert judgments concerning the parameters of the real estate market that needed an appraiser during the practical work on real estate valuation in order to further development the project in our country. Also been suggested a set of measures for the development of information management. The results of this analysis can serve as a basis for further development of valuation activity.
