摘要
According to the actual cooling demands of a heavy-duty truck, a cooling system overall structure was designed. And the radiators and the cooling fan were selected. The cooling system mathematical model was built by using lumped parameter method. And the target function of multiple temperatures and fan power consumption was formulated. The PSO (particle swarm optimization) was used to optimize the electronic-hydraulic fan speed control. Compared with the mechanical fan system, the simulation results shows the proposed system has better control results of the coolant temperature and intake temperature with range of 10-60 degrees C under different working conditions and at different ambient temperatures. And the average fan power consumption is reduced by about 85.6% at 20 degrees C ambient temperature
