摘要：
The history performs the secular State especially to push a broader common live. For this reason, the Spanish Constitution enshrines the secularism. But it suffers a reductionist and excluding application, since the VIII Legislature, as evidenced mainly by memory laws and also by laws of sexual identity and orientation. The fact deserves to be thought and redirect.
