Study of Optimized Allocation Model for Emergency Resource

The urban emergency shelter is the temporary living place for people in modem big cities to avoid the danger of natural disasters. In this paper, based on the main matter of emergency resource allocation, the optimized allocation of emergency resource is researched. The model uses detailed descriptions of the operational areas and of the available resources to calculate the resource performance and efficiency, besides that the resources are classified according to their ability to perform the different tasks. And then the goal function can be formalized as the expected number of fatalities for the all causes of death.
