Education of industry-academia cooperation is a kind of concept of modern higher education. It promotes education, scientific research and production combined, and it is an effective way to cultivating high-quality creative talents. In this paper, combing electrical engineering, about making talents, building a teaching mode of industry-academia cooperation, for cultivating innovative talents' exploration and practice, pointed out that the enterprise should be the principle part, and the position of the education of industry-academia cooperation has become the important component of the innovation system, and all kinds of industry-university-research institute have own goals, tasks and rules, there are some contradictions in three aspects, only solving or eliminating these contradictions, education of industry-academia cooperation can produce effectiveness.
