Using AMESim the model of Control Loading System can be established, to avoid the cumbersome formula. The model introduces friction, oil properties and other non-linear factors. The force feel of a Control Loading System is almost exclusively determined by the aerodynamic force and some non-aerodynamic feel parameters. Control system uses the single neuron PID control strategy, control parameters are adjusted online to improve system robustness. The result of simulation indicates that for accommodating for the requirement of the varying of the varying control stick force characteristics in different simulated objects and in different working models brings forward three steps force model, also shows the advantages and limitations of AMESim model.
