Research of Landslide Control and Slope Protection in China Railway

In this paper, on the basis of site investigation, the outline of landslide control in China railway is introduced and the triggering factors of landslide are analyzed simply. Moreover,the principle and method for controlling landslides of railway are presented, and the six categories of the landslide remedial measures are reviewed. Then,the selection of controlling project according to the characteristic of landslide is discussed. Finally, combination the geologic situation of high-speed railway,the countermeasure and disaster reduction methods are put forward,which provides the beneficial quest for the landslide control and high slope protection.
