摘要：
The paper presents the actual stage and original research carried out by the authors along the past 20 years where the inter-disciplinary and inter-domain approaches were successfully employed to solve complex problems. Management of change based on intelligent solutions can rely on creative inter-disciplinary and inter-domain syntheses in order to be more adaptive and more effective to the actual dynamic and complex conditions.
