The humanitarian and transitional device of assistance and reparation for victims of Colombia's armed conflict in advanced processes in the subregion of the Antioquian East

This article analyzes the humanitarian and transitional device that has been configured around the attention and reparation to victims of the Colombian armed conflict based on the processes carried out in the Antioquian East sub-region. To this end, the legal-institutional framework for the attention and reparation of victims in Colombia is initially outlined. Subsequently, some of the adjustments that have been made to the implementation of this framework are considered. Finally, some of the initiatives and subjects that have emerged in the Antioquian East from the deployment of the humanitarian and transitional mechanism of attention and reparation to victims, as well as from the peacebuilding efforts, are outlined.
