Researching on the Public Sports Service Supply Pattern of Urban Community in China from the Perspective of New Public Service

With the improvement of people health need to body constitution, the requirement of the public sports service is growing. Because of the insufficiency of public sports, service, the requirement is raised in constructing the community public sports service system. This article studied the public sports service supply pattern of urban community in China. It aims at providing opinion for constructing the system of the public sports service supply of the urban community. It shows that the public sports service supply pattern of urban community is established fundamentally. And the activity funds of the urban community athletic association are rooted in allocating funds. So, the pattern of the public sports organization service is singleness. The funds are collected more relied on the government organization. It suggested that the government organization should give play to the leading role in the constructing patterns of public sports service supply of the urban community.
