Educational Paradigms of Real Estate Development and Management Program

Real estate development and management Program is an emerging program that has not formed mature educational paradigms in China. With the comparison between traditional teaching method and project-based teaching method, this paper show that project-based teaching method of Real estate development and management Program has following advantages: It's helpful to construct reasonable course system and train student's the ability system to adapt to social needs, but there are still some obstacles which are hard project selection and high requirement for comprehensive quality of teacher. the paper proposes some countermeasures.
