摘要
The thesis describes issues of defined factors that influence energy consumption during the technological process of hot mix asphalt (HMA) production and the level of fuel material consumption (fuel or coal dust) on the dependence of the aggregate moisture content on site. On the basis of previous investigations, measurements, and analysis, as well as after working in an organization and control system to exclude unnecessary energy loss during FILVIA production and after drawing conclusions from own research, we reviewed the available worldwide literature about the mentioned topic. We directed our attention on the mathematic-physical dependence and the results of engineer measurements regarding to our own research. We described our own measurement done in 2007-2009 about the consumption of fuel and coal dust, aggregate moisture content on site, production parameters and placed IrmA with the aim to verify the available analysis and conclusions that were found in literature. We looked at the problem of the production capacity relating to the consumption of fuel and coal dust We have been trying to define if it is possible to reduce the energy-consumption of HMA production by suitable organization or technical solutions.
