Inserting the tension cut-off in a yield criterion

摘要
This note deals with the introduction of the tension cut-off in a yield criterion in order to avoid that the yield surface could be external to the positive octant of the principal stress space. To this purpose, any meridian function can be made tangent to the tension cut-off function. The criterion needs the definition of a specific deviatoric function.
