摘要
A stripe texture with diameter and spacing of 300 mu m was prepared on the surface of 304 steel substrate via M-DPSS-50 semiconductor laser marking machine. Then, nitriding treatment on the textured surface was conducted by using well type gas nitriding furnace. The chemical composition, surface morphology and surface micro-hardness were measured by X ray diffraction, optical microscope and surface micro-hardness tester. The friction and wear properties of the composite modification surface under dry friction and wind lubricated friction conditions were detected by MRTR computer controlled friction and wear testing machine. The results show that an regular textured surface was obtained. The surface microhardness of the gas nitriding treated sample reached 444.65HV0.1, which significantly higher than the 304 stainless steel substrate surface of 222.58HV0.1. The modified surface has excellent anti-friction and anti-wear effect under the condition of wind lubrication.
