摘要
The experiment was conducted in one of the fields of Al-Azawiya, Al-Musaib district, 40 km north of the city center of Hilla in Babylon province during the agricultural season 2019. To study the effect of bio-fertilization and organic extracts on the growth and yield of two hybrids of cauliflower, the experiment was designed according to the Spilt-plot-System using the Randomized Complete Block Design with three replicates, where it applied bio fertilization to the main plots and the organic extracts to the subplots. Biohealth has been added to the soil (3 g per 1 liter of water), at 200 ml per plant and the addition of organic extracts (humic acid, amino acids and seaweed extract) where added at an average of 5 ml liter of water. In addition to the control treatments (without any addition), the mean of the treatments were compared using the LS.D test at the probability level 0.05. The results can be summarized as follows. First: The results showed the biological fertilization treatment excelled in most of the studied traits (plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, curds perimeter, curds diameter, percentage of potassium in the curds, the percentage of nitrogen in the leaf and curds and the percentage of protein). The results showed that the organic extracts excelled on the control treatment significantly in most of the traits under study, where the amino acid treatment gave the highest values in the traits (leaf area, curds perimeter, curds diameter, the percentage of potassium in the curds, the percentage of nitrogen in the curds and leaf and the percentage of protein in the curds). While the treatment of seaweed extract affected significantly the trait (plant height, number of leaves and curds perimeter). The results of biinteractions between bio fertilization and organic extracts indicated a significant effect, where the interaction between amino acids and biohealth significantly excelled on the traits (plant height 57.60 cm(2), leaf area 1682 cm(2), percentage of potassium 2.515%, nitrogen in the curds 5.93% and percentage of nitrogen in the leaves 5.39%) and the Percentage of protein (7.41%). The interaction between biohealth and humic acid was excelled in traits (number of leaves 21.58 leaves.plant(-1)). The interaction between biohealth and seaweed extract was excelled in trait (the curds perimeter 75.50 cm and the curds diameter 24.47 cm). The interaction between biohealth and the control treatment significantly excelled in traits (and the percentage of potassium in the leaves was 2.113%).
