摘要：
We report a case of dermoid cyst of the Eustachian tube in a 2 1/2-year-old-girl with CT and MRI imaging. This is the 12th described case of such a pathology. Most of the reviewed previous 11 cases affected females on the left side. The surgical approach and the contribution of CT and MRI are discussed. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
